o 2-2:30 p.m. / arrival time, networking

o 2:30-4:30 p.m. / 20-minute presentations, 10-minute Q&A

§ Presentations

· Event kickoff / CUG board member(s)

· Discussion about parameters for the award / CUG board member(s)

· Plant of the Year best practices / Platte River staff

§ Headquarters campus tours, if desired

o 4:30-5 p.m. / closing remarks, allow attendees to return (or check in) to their hotels before reception

o 6-7:30 p.m. / reception at local brewery

· Wednesday, July 12 / 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Facility tours and celebratory luncheon / Rawhide Energy Station

o 8-9 a.m.: arrival time, coffee/breakfast items and networking

o 9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.: segmented tours (7-10 people) of the Rawhide Energy Station

§ Shotgun start recommended

§ Modified route / boiler, roof, burners/feeders, coal yard esp. dust collection

o 11:30 a.m.-noon – return to gathering spot, formal award presentation

o Noon-1:30 p.m.: Plant of the Year buffet luncheon, networking

o 1:30-2 p.m.: closing remarks, departure
