Membership of the Users’ Group comprises individuals from plants burning sub-bituminous coals as well as members from coal suppliers. Companies supplying equipment or services are also invited to participate.

A Steering Council has been formed from the founding members and one representative from the PRBCUG Executive Committee. Only one council member per company is allowed.

The Steering Council will develop committees to study different concerns in the industry and to plan the program content for the annual users’ group conference.

The Asian SBC Users’ Group Conference has hosted an annual fall meeting since 2011.

For access to archives from previous events, you may join the PRB Coal Users' Group by clicking the Membership Tab.  Membership allows you access to not only the presentations from the past ASBCUG meetings but also presentations posted at the annual PRB Coal Users' Group annual meetings as well. You also gain access to others using sub-bituminous coals.
